Jim has spent his entire career in healthcare, starting out as a Certified Athletic Trainer helping athletes and non-athletes get back to their best level. And for the last twenty years, as a Nursing Home Administrator, Chief Operations Officer, and now as Chief Executive Officer at Legacy Health Services. Jim states that he first learned of nursing homes helping his mom with volunteering in the Activities Department and realized the rewarding feeling helping the residents. From that experience, Jim has continued to focus on listening to the staff and trying to remove barriers so they can provide the best level of care and services to our residents. When not at work, Jim enjoys being with his wife and two sons, cooking some great foods and being the best Husband and Dad he can be!
Eliav Sharvit
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
As a licensed attorney in the states of Ohio and New York, Eliav Sharvit brings his corporate and transactional experience and expertise to Legacy Health Services. Formerly associated with international law firms, Eliav is involved in all transactional and operational aspects of Legacy Health Services. Eliav’s focus on successful execution and implementation of Legacy Health Services’ growth strategy will help expand Legacy’s market share and its ability to deliver high quality of care with efficiency and sophistication. He is a devoted father and husband and when spare time is available, Eliav appreciates a good book, a big mountain skiing adventure and an occasional Mediterranean wine.
Ben Kiss
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ben joined Legacy as CFO, to lead in the establishment of a scaled-up financial operations platform necessary in the context of recent expansion. In addition to managing day-today financial operations, Ben provides financial strategy and assesses organic and acquisition expansion opportunities. With extensive experience in our industry and his ability to effectively lead teams of professionals, Legacy Health Services is well-positioned to achieve continued growth and realized efficiencies. Ben holds a MS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the Ohio Health Care Association Reimbursement Committee. When Ben is not working, he can be found spending time with his wife and 5 adorable children.
Tammy Selvey
CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER
Before joining the Legacy Health Services team as Chief Nursing Officer, Tammy worked as a director of nursing, regional nurse and divisional nurse for nearly 30 years. After working 10 years in a hospital setting, she knew that switching to long-term care would be meaningful and satisfying on many levels. Tammy reflects on our tag line by saying, “When we provide care for someone’s loved one, we know that they will receive the kind of care you would give to your own loved one.”Outside of the office, Tammy stays active by spending time with her 3 lively grandsons and her toy Yorkie Jakey.
Diane Goodwin
CHIEF ANCILLARY OFFICER
With 35 years of employment at Legacy Health Services, Diane Goodwin received her BSN and has been a vital member of Legacy’s senior management team. She has held many roles within Legacy including ADON, DON, Regional Nursing Manager. Diane’s current responsibilities have evolved to include managing Legacy’s affiliated hospice and nurse practitioner companies, Corporate Compliance Officer and coordinating new construction and renovation projects. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors riding bikes, hiking and spending time with her family and dogs.
Chris Stach
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
As the Vice President of Operations for Legacy Health Services, Chris is responsible for implementing strategy, structure and processes. His overall goal is to support and ensure Legacy facilities can offer the best outcomes of our residents and staff. Chris received his Health Care Management degree from Baldin Wallace University and a Masters of Business Administration from Walsh University. In his spare time, you can find Chris hanging out with family and trying to improve his golf game.
Kelly Zalokar
VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC MARKETING
Kelly has been with Legacy Health Services since 2016, originally starting as an Admissions Director before moving into the role of Director of Strategic Marketing. As a John Carroll University graduate, Kelly has been a professional in the post-acute care industry for over 15 years. In her off hours, she enjoys biking, boating, and spending time with her family.
Wendy Satory
VICE PRESIDENT OF REHABILITATION
As Corporate Director of Rehabilitation, Wendy’s role focuses on managing the therapy department’s provision of quality care, targeting patient’s goals and attaining the best functional outcomes. She truly believes Legacy’s rehab teams are the best in the business! Outside of work, Wendy states that her family has her heart and focus. If she’s not spending time with them, you can find her outside whistling a tune while gardening.
