Bruce Daskal, Chief Executive Officer
After earning a B.A. degree in history from Case Western
Reserve University and an M.A. degree in education from the
University of Pennsylvania, Bruce Daskal soon joined his father
in the long-term care business. With over 30 years of experience
in the industry, Bruce has developed and built several of the
facilities. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Bruce has
directed Legacy Health Services’ strong commitment to quality of
care, company growth and a commitment to investment in the
facilities.

Jim
Wilson, Chief Operating Officer
Jim Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the long
term care industry. Prior to joining Legacy Health Services as
the Chief Operating Officer, Jim Wilson, a Licensed Nursing Home
Administrator since 1982, has worked for several national long
term care companies, serving as Administrator, Area Manager for
multiple facilities, Director of Operations, Group Vice
President, and Division President. Jim has managed facilities in
Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and New Jersey.

Barry
Stump, Chief Financial Officer
As a Certified Public Accountant and former principal
with a major Ohio public accounting firm, Barry Stump has been
recognized as a leading advisor in the Ohio healthcare industry
with extensive experience in Medicaid and Medicare
reimbursement, billing and compliance, cost reporting and
operational analysis with healthcare providers and retirement
communities. Barry is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, Association of Ohio Philanthropic
Homes, Housing and Services for the Aging, Healthcare Financial
Management Association, Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes, Ohio

Diane L.
Goodwin, Director of Business Development and Compliance Officer
With over 19 years of employment at Legacy Health
Services, Diane Goodwin, a registered nurse, has been a vital
member of Legacy’s senior management team. Diane began her
career at Legacy as the Assistant Director of Nursing of
Pleasant Lake Villa shortly after it opened in 1987. Since then,
Diane’s responsibilities have evolved to include oversight of
new construction projects and the implementation of company-wide
technology initiatives and corporate compliance.
