At Legacy Health Services, memory care is provided by specially trained professionals dedicated the to the unique and ever changing needs of those living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Each facility specializing in memory care utilizes a SecureCare system allowing individuals a safe, secure and homelike environment.
Our program provides:
- Compassionate staff specially trained using HealthCare Interactive’s CARES training. HCI has developed the most innovative set of training products for professional caregivers available in the marketplace today. HCI’s CARES Dementia Basics and CARES Dementia Advanced Care online training programs qualify individuals for Alzheimer’s Association essentiALZ certification.
- Daily social activities that use visual aides and functional routines to promote independence and well-being personalized to your loved ones.
- Physician Led Holistic Experience.
- Psychological services are available to meet the changing needs of our residents Hospice, Palliative and Respite care services are available if needed.
