Outpatient Therapy

Residents who have returned home may return to our facilities for outpatient therapy for continued gains in strength, mobility and balance. The resident’s physician will determine if this is an appropriate option. With special parking reserved near the outpatient entrance, returning residents will enjoy the same services they enjoyed while residing at one of our facilities. With evening or weekend appointments available and assistance in obtaining pre-authorizations for insurance coverage when needed, Legacy Health Services facilities are staffed, equipped and trained to make each outpatient therapy visit as productive as possible.
