Today is National Healthcare Decision Day!
Part of our mission at Legacy Health Services is to make sure your wishes are known and respected at all times. It is important to communicate with our staff, including nurse practitioners and physicians, to ensure that your care team knows your healthcare goals.
April 16th is National Healthcare Decision Day

- Between 65 and 76 percent of physicians whose patients had an advance directive were not aware that it existed. It can be very difficult to initiate these conversations with healthcare providers. This toolkit outlines what type of questions to ask and what decisions to consider.
