Meet Our Team

Wioleta Findley

Administrator

Before obtaining her Master of Science in Biology from Cleveland State University, Wioleta Findley held four various positions with Legacy Health Services. With over 13 years of healthcare experience, she is an excellent asset at Pleasantview Care Center. Wioleta states, “My job is challenging and rewarding in more ways than one. I feel like I can make a difference in a person’s life at a time when they feel helpless. I couldn’t imagine myself in any other line of work.” The company mission statement, “Our Family Caring for Yours,” resonates highly with Wioleta because she says, “This statement means being able to touch the lives of others, without saying a word, just by simply being there and lending support. We make an impact in a resident’s life with a kind word, a tender touch, lending a shoulder to cry on, or just a listening ear.”

Dianna Minear

Assisted Living Manager

With a degree from Kent State University, Dianna Minear has held multiple nursing positions at various Legacy Health Services facilities for the past 12 years. Dianna realized she enjoys improving the quality of life for residents who are transitioning from a home to an assisted living setting. Dianna states, “I appreciate being able to establish close relationships with each of our residents and their families. I enjoy the time I get to spend at work with each of our residents, along with my team.”
