Teresa Lane’s passion for long-term care began with her own family when her grandfather was a resident at a nursing facility 24 years ago. Soon after, Teresa decided to obtain her STNA license and began working at the very facility where her grandfather resided. As her career advanced, Teresa had the opportunity to take part in various roles, including Human Resources Director, Payroll Clerk, Admissions, Marketer, and Business Office Manager prior to becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Teresa shared, “My experiences have provided me with the skills that are valuable in my role as an Administrator. I find great satisfaction in positively impacting the lives of those we care for.”
