Magellan Mobile App

The Legacy Health Services Magellan Mobile App was developed for Legacy Health Services by Concierge Software Solutions to enhance the general communications to families and residents. This app allows users to receive immediate, convenient push notifications when there is important information or alerts to share. The app is designed to be simple and user friendly for all users regardless of experience level.

LHS MAGELLAN IS DESIGNED TO…

This mobile app is designed to provide a secure, one-way messaging platform for Legacy Health Services facilities to be able to send push-notification enabled messages to residents, family members, employees, residents’ legal guardians, clergy, and any other interested parties. Messages sent by the facility staff may be to an individual or multiple individuals. The messages sent will not contain any Protected Health Information (PHI).

AFTER DOWNLOADING THE APP…

Once the LHS Magellan mobile app has been downloaded, users should register for an account, indicating which facility alerts are being requested. Once the request is received and approved, users will receive a confirmation email with the approved username and password. Users are encouraged to enable push notifications on the mobile device after logging into the app. When the facility sends a notification to users, the alert will appear as a banner notification.
