Amy Kraynak

Administrator

Amy Kraynak has been with Legacy Health Services for over 16 years, first as the Administrator at Legacy Place Twinsburg, now as the Administrator at Parkside Villa. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. She was drawn to long-term care when her grandmother was in a facility for over nine years. That experience inspired her to be a part of the industry, giving her the ability to help others in that situation. Amy values being a part of the Legacy Health Services team because she knows, “We will treat your loved ones like we would treat our own.”

Connie Monachino

Director of Nursing

Connie Monachino brings over 36 years of nursing experience to her role as the Director of Nursing at Parkside Villa. She began her career as an STNA while completing her nursing education. She is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of residents. She values that the staff understands that, “Our Family Caring for Yours,” means providing the best care possible for all residents.

Lisa Kolecky

Director of Rehabilitation

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders, and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Bowling Green State University, Lisa Kolecky joined the Legacy Health Services team over ten years ago as a Speech Pathologist and was soon promoted as the Director of Rehabilitation. Working in long-term care provides Lisa with great satisfaction since she is not only a witness to but a contributor to improving another person’s quality of life every day. To Lisa, the company mission statement, “Our Family Caring for Yours,” means that “We provide a warm home-like environment to maximize healing and to utilize our entire team’s dynamic skill set to ensure that each resident is receiving the best quality of care.”
