She has held a variety of positions within Pleasant Lake Villa and currently serves as the Administrator. Her nursing background and experiences give her a unique perspective as an administrator. “Our Family Caring for Yours” resonates with Sharon because “The most important aspect of my work is that we are people caring for other people.”

Theresa Greinert

Director of Nursing

Theresa Greinert began her career in healthcare as an STNA, working her way through school as a Central Supply Coordinator and LPN. After earning her RN license, she worked as a Nursing Supervisor and Restorative Nurse at Pleasant Lake Villa. She is currently the Director of Nursing at Pleasant Lake Villa. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know people from all different backgrounds, both residents and staff. Theresa states, “Nursing is always changing, and that is why I entered the field, it always feels new. Treating the residents just like we would want our family to be treated is what drives us to provide high-quality care.”

Juliann Steblinski

Juliann Steblinski obtained her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from the Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Language Pathology and Audiology from Cleveland State University. She has been a part of the Pleasant Lake Villa team for over 12 years, first as a Speech Therapist, then transitioning into the Director of Rehabilitation role. Juliann has always had an affinity for older generations and has wanted to work in long-term care since high school. “This geriatric population is both where we came from and one day where we will be, and if I can contribute even a little to the quality of their lives, I am privileged to do so.”
