“I had experience and had rehabbed there so I chose Parkside Villa. My therapy and experience were excellent. I’m starting to walk again without assistance…you are a blessing.”
“This facility was the closest to home…I found it spotless and clean with the friendliest, courteous and helpful people. I loved the place! In my rehab they helped me get my confidence back…the therapists are tops in my book.”
“After my hip replacement I was in a downward spiral until I came to Parkside Villa. Everyone was so caring and it was all uphill when I entered your doors. All of the staff and therapists were so good…everything done with a smile. I really felt like they loved their jobs. I’m now back home and continuing outpatient rehab. I can only give praise to my whole Parkside stay. I recommend it to all of my friends. Regards to you all for a terrific job.”

Welcome to Parkside Villa
Parkside Villa is a stable, consistently superior facility which provides personalized care in an updated, modern residential environment.
Amenities include facility-wide Wi-Fi, beautiful courtyards, spacious and accessible common areas, wheelchair accessible vans and private dining rooms. Your comfort is our priority.
In addition to our generous staffing, we also provide full-time master's level Advanced Practice Nurses (nurse practitioners) to help manage your needs which may change from time to time.
Our short-term rehabilitation units feature private suites, flat screen televisions, telephones and private baths with showers. Our rehabilitation program offers a large state-of-the-art gym and therapy sessions up to seven days a week. Additional services include assisted living, skilled nursing, long-term care, respite care and hospice.
Residents of our rest home units have access to our therapy programs under the same roof within the facility.
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few steps from
Southwest General Health Center, major highways and shopping. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.
Our goal is to help you return home!
An illness, injury or surgery can impair your ability to move or function on your own. Short-term rehabilitation therapy can help you regain, develop or maintain the strength or skills necessary to live independently.
Based on your condition, your doctor may have prescribed Physical, Occupational or Speech therapy – or a combination of multiple therapies. Our therapists will collaborate with you, your family, your physician and health care team to create and implement a therapy plan tailored to your needs, goals and preferences.
Incorporating activities or hobbies that you enjoy into your therapy program may contribute to your progress and help you maintain ongoing success.
We are proud of the fact that we typically discharge about 50 patients per month to their homes after an average length of under 30 days.
Individualized Plan of Care
Your individualized plan of care may include one or more of the following therapies:
Occupational Therapy helps develop the strength and skills necessary to independently perform the activities of daily living, such as dressing, eating and toileting. Occupational therapy targets upper-body strength, coordination, range of motion and fine motor skills.
Physical Therapy focuses on restoring independence when movement or functional abilities have been compromised by an illness, injury or condition. Treatment and exercise help optimize movement, balance, strength and flexibility.
Speech Therapy evaluates and treats speech, swallowing and memory problems caused by a wide range of conditions and disorders.
Qualified, In-House Staff
Our licensed staff therapists are an integral part of our health care team. Working together, your team will develop a personalized plan of care. Our team includes a dietician, a wound care nurse, RN case managers and licensed social workers to help you meet your goals.
You will work closely with an experienced therapist who knows you, understands your goals and supports you every step of the way. We believe that when you build a relationship based on trust and understanding, you will likely have a better experience and improved outcomes.
We also work with our full-time master’s level Advanced Practice Nurses (nurse practitioners) and the state-of-the-art equipment required to treat high-acuity patients with multiple conditions, including:
