Advanced care for specialized conditions
When you need more than basic care, our skilled nursing specialists provide advanced care in:
Patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension or other heart and vascular conditions can receive cardiac care on-site. A cardiologist will visit several times per week to monitor medications and diet, help patients manage their symptoms and work to prevent hospital re-admission.

In collaboration with the Centers for Dialysis Care, patients with kidney failure can have home hemodialysis and receive care from on-site nephrology and dialysis specialists. Instead of going to a dialysis center three times a week, patients have much shorter treatments five times a week. Treatments are quicker and require no travel. Diet is less restrictive, and patients have more energy for day-to-day activities.

You or your loved one can regain mobility, strength, balance and endurance in our Spine & Joint Rehabilitation Program. Designed with help from local orthopedic surgeons, our program provides therapy seven days a week in a well-appointed gym. Therapy services are customized for each patient and include pain management. Before returning home, patients receive safety training and written home exercise programs to continue their progress.

Patients with COPD, cystic fibrosis and other lung conditions can get specialty care to help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
