Cardiology
Patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension or other heart and vascular conditions can receive cardiac care on-site. A cardiologist will visit regularly to monitor medications and diet, help patients manage their symptoms and work to prevent hospital re-admission.

Nephrology
Patients with kidney failure can have in-house hemodialysis and receive care from on-site nephrology and dialysis specialists at several of our facilities. Instead of going to a dialysis center three times a week, patients are able to be dialyzed on-site. Treatments are more convenient and require no travel. Diet is less restrictive, and patients have more energy for day-to-day activities.

Orthopedics
You or your loved one can regain mobility, strength, balance and endurance in our Spine & Joint Rehabilitation Program. Designed with help from local orthopedic surgeons, our program provides therapy seven days a week in a well-appointed gym. Therapy services are customized for each patient and include pain management. Before returning home, patients receive safety training and written home exercise programs to continue their progress.

Pulmonology
Patients with COPD, cystic fibrosis and other lung conditions can get specialty care to help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. They’ll be instructed in energy conservation and airway clearing and receive respiratory treatments as needed, including: CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy, percussion vests, venti masks and tracheostomy care.
