Legacy Health Services supports the operations of 10 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Northern Ohio, managing a total of 1,608 beds. Our goal is to treat everyone like family—with compassion, respect, and kindness.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EMPLOYMENT
Each facility supported by Legacy Health Services is independently licensed and manages its own hiring, compensation, and benefits. While Legacy provides centralized support, employment decisions—including job openings, pay rates, and benefit packages—are determined by each facility.
