Conveniently located near major highways and hospitals systems, Orchard Villa has proudly served the Oregon community for over 20 years. With an impressive survey history and a staff with many long-term employees, we provide quality care in a warm, home-like environment. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice care, and respite care. Our short-term rehabilitation unit features private suites with private baths. Therapy services are provided in a well-appointed therapy gym equipped with the tools necessary to reestablish an independent lifestyle. Our facility also features a peaceful chapel and vibrant activities programming.
